Mushy Aerogel Composites
Mushy Aerogel Composite is made by mixing aerogel particles, inorganic fibers and inorganic adhesive produced by our company. The products have the advantages of thermal insulation (high temperature or low temperature), energy saving, and can be coated on different curved surfaces, which is the latest generation of products.
There are two categories of Mushy aerogel composites produced by our company, which are for high temperature and low temperature uses：

Application | This product could be filled into or covered over high temperature equipment like gasoline pipes, stoves, internal combustion engine, and be used to manufacture many kinds of thermal insulation board or thin film products. | This product could be dried under room temperature and normal pressure or fast dried at 120°C to form high porosity aerogel cold protection thermal insulation board or energy saving brick. |
They can also be prepared into various types of thermal insulation aerogel boards, plates and films, etc.
The produced product has different kind of thickness to choose from. Samples of 10 cm thick of cubic brick.
